Magic Eraser is great ... provided your walls are white. Didn't work so well on our old apartment's beautiful sage green walls. :(
Two things you need to put your house on the market and get it readt to show:
1) A public storage unit for everything except for absolute essentials like your bed and refrigerator. Everything else must go into this storage unit.
2) A magic eraser. It is the greatest thing ever and will make your house look shiny and new like it was just painted.
Public storage is for suckers. My basement is where all the cool kids put their stuff. (Note: You cannot put your stuff in my basement.)
