Bad news for Kevin Nealon
The folks at the Gallery Place Living blog have posted a picture of the rubble that was once the D.C. location of the dance club Polly Esther's. I had some memorable times there — but to be honest, the building didn't look much better before it was demolished than it does now.Next on the chopping block is The Ham's beloved Waffle Shop.
I'd better get breakfast there before the wrecking crew begins work.

I've only been to the Waffle Shop once, but I loved it.
Sad.
Although, come to think of it, the waffle was a little dry.

But even if my waffle was a little dry, that doesn't mean I want to see the Waffle Shop torn to the ground.
